Take the stress out of getting to your pre or post-work yoga class and have your yoga class come to you. Zach will gladly travel to your place of work any time of day.

Start with an early morning practice to rev-up for the day, a 45-minute mid-day stress reduction of mild postures and breathing, or an afternoon wind-down to prepare for the evening after an intense day of work.

Sessions can be geared towards any level. Classes can be done in chairs and work clothes for a gentle experience, or on mats in your latest Lulus for a more vigorous crowd.
