Zach Zube believes yoga is not just a series of physical postures that make you sweat; it is a gateway to better health inside and out, a way to find inner stillness, and ultimately a way to live a fulfilled and purposeful life. His teaching emphasizes building stability, as that is the true foundation of the practice.

His studies began with a 200-hour certification at Yoga Now, and since have been influenced by some of his favorite instructors including: James Tennant, Jim Bennitt, Rich Logan, and Abby Factor. In 2011, Zach began deepening his practice and expanding his teaching, guided by the wisdom of Yogarupa Rod Stryker.

Zach has rooted his teaching in the ancient systems of yoga, tantra, and ayurveda; this integration provides for challenging, authentic, and transformative classes that lead to greater ease and clarity in daily life (sattwa) and a strong and radiant spirit (tejas). In class, he weaves together several techniques including pranayama (breathwork), visualization, bandhas, chanting, and meditation. No previous experience is necessary, as Zach is always eager to introduce these techniques to any and all who are interested.

In his off-time, Zach enjoys time with his dog, urban farming and cooking, and performing and choreographing for musical theatre.
